The Annual Meeting and Banquet will be held at the Clubhouse on Saturday, May 15, 2010.  Social Hour will be from 5:00 – 6:00 pm; dinner from 6:00 – 7:00 pm, and meeting starts at 7:00 pm.  Members wishing only to vote may come to the meeting at 7:00 pm.

The dinner will be catered by the Litchfield Volunteer Fire Department. Social hour snacks and a half chicken meal with salt potatoes, cole slaw, and beverage will be provided. It is customary for members to bring a desert to share.

The price is $12.00 per person.  Banquet tickets may be purchased at our Clubhouse, Patton's Country Store, Athens Agway, and Alexander's Guns & Ammo.  The deadline to buy tickets is Sunday, May 9, 2010. This is so we know how many people to prepare food for.

The business meeting is very short and consists of a Treasurer’s report for the year and election of three Directors.  Only 2010-2011 members may vote.  Memberships may be purchased until 6:00 pm prior to the meeting .
